I read your 16/03/2025 blog post, and I just wanted to say what you speak of resonates with me as well. But I find it admirable that you actually write it down like this. It's pretty daunting laying out your troubles like that, but you do it in a way that strikes me with a lot of clarity.
Sometimes I also experience a sense of embarrassment, and start feeling stupid, when I can't rely on joking around. It was pretty much constant before, and I still struggle with opening up. I've found putting things into written words - along with support and patience from friends and family - has helped me in the right direction.
I can't say what'll help you, but I think blog posts about whatever's at heart is a good bet. Whether you post them or not, it's good practice.
I think it's also important to accept that sometimes you won't be able to express yourself, at least not in that moment. A lot of the time I don't know "why", let alone how to explain it. Sometimes "I don't know" is the best answer you can give.
Anyway I hope you're thriving!! I'm popping in every now and then <3

yapi!!! its so nice to hear from you! ♡ thank you for these very kind words... i think you're so right, and its just something i need a bit more practice in!! i also think you're right about "i don't know" being a good enough answer.... it's something i have a lot of trouble accepting a lot of the time!!

omigosh hi!! i noticed you added on the keychain page and had to drop in to say hello! i really love the way everything is set up, and going through your concert log was a TON of fun, it makes me want to keep better track of the shows I go to...
